Cancellation Policy

Car Hire Price and Additional Hours Gileston Manors car hire is based on a maximum of 3 hours on the wedding day. Any additional hours beyond the initial 3 hours will be charged at a rate of £150 per hour. For weddings that require further travel outside Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, and Bristol, additional mileage costs will apply as determined by our mileage calculator. Booking Requirements To secure a reservation, a 10% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 7 days before the wedding date. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the wedding date are non-refundable. Substitution and Liability Gileston Manor reserves the right to substitute the chosen car with a similar vehicle if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the rental period. The car hire company is not liable for any delays caused by traffic or other circumstances beyond their control. Refusal of Service Gileston Manor reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason without explanation. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions By confirming the booking and paying the deposit, the client agrees to the terms and conditions set forth by Gileston Manor Estate. We appreciate your interest in our car hire service for your wedding day.
